| Applications for non-special needs tuitioned-in role model students
can be obtained from the Freetown Elementary School Office (763-5121),
the Assawompset Elementary School Office (947-1403), or the Special Needs Office
of the Freetown/Lakeville Public School System (923-2000). Completed
applications should be returned to the office. The teachers will then
contact you to schedule a screening. Once your child has been screened, his/her
name will be entered into the Lottery. Names will be chosen via the
Lottery System.
